CEA Technologies appoints new Board Director - Air Marshal Geoff Brown AO (Retd)

CEA Technologies has welcomed Air Marshal Geoff Brown AO (Retd) as a new Non-Executive Director to the Board, effective 1 May 2026.

Air Marshal Brown’s distinguished career spans more than three decades of service in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), including a four-year tenure as Chief of Air Force.

Air Marshal Brown is a highly respected engineer, pilot and an experienced leader. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering Australia and the Royal Aeronautical Society.

In 2012, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for “distinguished service to the Royal Australian Air Force”, recognised for leading significant capability improvements, enhancing force structure and advancing cultural change and technology.

Since retiring from the RAAF, he has served as a Strategic Advisor to Lockheed Martin (Australia), a Director of Electro Optic Systems (EOS), both Chair and Deputy Chair of the Sir Richard Williams Foundation, Chair of the Advisory Board of CAE Asia Pacific and Middle East, Director on the Governing Council for the Temora Air Museum and Director of GCB Stratos Consulting.

Air Marshal Brown brings a valuable and complementary mix of operational, industrial and leadership experience. His deep understanding of defence capability needs, combined with extensive experience working across defence and industry will provide valuable perspective as we continue to deliver sovereign capability for the ADF and our close allies.
