Program Management Careers
The Projects team is responsible for the effective and timely delivery of CEA’s complex engineering projects. They work with Program team colleagues, across CEA and with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to navigate the interdependencies characteristic in such projects while progressing the project to a successful outcome. CEA’s unique approach to project management reflects the nature of both the company and products.
The Procurement team manages the procurement, shipping and our unique material control needs to ensure our supply chain is functioning optimally to support the delivery of our projects. Procurement fosters productive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and suppliers and works with internal customers to ensure the quality, timeliness and financial objectives of our projects are met.
This team supports the delivery of projects with research and data analysis, the development and provision of project management tools such as registers and financial spreadsheets and quality management systems. They also work with the Financial Controller to project cash flow and other financial requirements.
Product Support conducts the through life support services CEA provides for our products after they have been in service with clients. Their activities include scheduled maintenance, monitoring and measuring performance against KPI’s, repairs and project and product warranty programs.
